Pricing Model FAQ How will this change affect existing citizens? Existing citizens whose citizenships expire before the end of February may renew at the old rate of $19.95 per year. Beginning March 1, existing citizens may renew their citizenships at the price of $49.95 per year. Beginning January 1, 2003, all renewals will either be a $6.95 monthly rate, or the discounted $69.95 annual rate. What if I have received citizenship extensions and my current expiration date is further out than 1 year? The current expiration date on your citizenship will not be changed or affected. Will there be a way to pay if I don't have a credit card? Yes. Additional details on other payment options and plans will be made available and announced. How will my 3D Homepage citizenship be affected? Existing 3D Homepage citizenships will be valid until their current expiration date. Citizenships will no longer be included as part of the 3D Homepage package price. Is there a way for people to try Active Worlds for free? Yes. Tourists will be allowed to visit the Active Worlds Gate and worlds that have been configured by world owners to allow tourists to visit. Will there be changes to the World Server pricing? Free citizenships will no longer be included with the P-10 and P-20 worlds. The P-30 world will now include 1 free citizenship. World owners who require or desire accessability of their worlds for tourists will be able to do so by paying an annual fee of $59.95. Will tourists be allowed to visit 3D Homepage worlds? 3D Homepage owners will be able to allow access to tourists for an additional $2.00 per month.
