Pricing Model FAQ How will this change affect existing citizens? Existing citizens may still renew their citizenship for $19.95 per year, for at least the next month. At the beginning of February the complete pricing package will be announced for existing citizens, including any possible discounts. I have just renewed at $19.95 per year and my registration will not expire until January of next year. Will I still have to pay the $9.50 per month? No. Your registration is valid until January of next year. At that point when it comes time to renew, you will need to pay the new rate of $9.50 per month. What if I have received citizenship extensions and my current expiration date is further out than 1 year? The current expiration date on your citizenship will not be changed or affected. Can I purchase a number of years worth of citizenship extensions at the $19.95 per year rate now, and avoid the new monthly charge? No, you are not able to do that at this time. We would encourage current citizens to wait until February when the pricing details are announced. Will there be a way to pay if I don't have a credit card? Yes. Additional details on other payment options and plans will be made available and announced. How will my 3D Homepage citizenship be affected? Existing 3D Homepage citizenships will be valid until their current expiration date. Citizenships will no longer be included as part of the 3D Homepage package price. How will the citizenship(s) that came with my world be affected? At this time, there will be no change to the world configuration or pricing structure. Citizenships will still be included as part of the world packages.
