Textures on walls/floors/ceilings?
Use Room Viewer (link:http://home.acadia.net/userpages/vagrant/3DJunta/Rview.zip ) The link doesn't include some needed files. Download this and copy these files to rview.exe: http://home.acadia.net/userpages/vagrant/3DJunta/Update3.zip
Now open the level, and click a texture from the list, and then click a tile on the 3d screen, and it will be replaced with the one you choosed.
