Hi, Bart:

> Dows anyone know where the special settings are? I mean these things:

Many of settings you talk about is actually in tombpc.dat.
Back when i found that gameflow.exe, i tried some analysis of tombpc.dat
and wrote dmp_dat/mk_dat tools and did some experiment with it.
I lost tombpc.dat tools and analysis data on my harddisk disaster.

Cutscene level seems not so different from ordinaly playable level, and
cutscene data format may be not so complicated. But to make a plausible
cutscene from scratch without special editoring tools is probably very
hard if not impossible.

Inserting an existing cutscene in gameflow is very simple, you can do
it with a hexeditor in a few minute if you like.

Jantje requested some tombpc.dat strings conversion tool, and my tool
can also be used as such.

I'm resurrecting now dmp_dat/mk_dat pair as jenny.com. This is a low-level
gameflow analogon or merely dump/undump utility, but low-level-ness is
sometimes good :) Strangely gameflow.exe can't handle some combination
of settings. Jenny can do almost anything.

Please read the tombpc.dat chapter of THE DOC ( that Aweful Stone ).
( I can't read it fully now until i resurrect some of my pre-trosettian
programs ) And even now you can edit tombpc.dat with the java tool of
Doctor Willard.

If you are interested in jenny beta, email me.
