: : Hopefully I'll find time to
: : contribute more before it's too late (and everyone but me has written
: : an editor).

: Whatja mean, too late? We only been waitin' 3 years and WHEN an editor
: comes out (TPASCAL's the only one available right now and as good as it
: is, it's only a start. Everything else is just viewers. The remarkable
: thing is tho it shows that a lot of people have got the data and engine
: in hand. TRuView is amazing in that it shows just about every function
: working. Knowledge is everything and thanks for sharing it. And thanks to
: eep for the site.
: Didn't think it was you cause the app had probs getting posted, but a few
: comments in the source seemed like it coulda been you, and the other ref. to
: the possibility got me thinkin (ow! my head)....

This kind of "bazaar programming" (ala Eric Raymond at http://tuxedo.org/~esr/writings/cathedral-bazaar/) is precisely what Core/Eidos fail to understand would make TR even more popular. They are just too stupid to realize the potential of what releasing Room Editor would do for TR, and how you guys are all advancing on unofficial TR level utils should be evidence enough of just how clueless Core/Eidos truly are. More power to you! At least Maxis (The Sims) and some other developers understand why customization and add-ons prolong the life of a game, while rehashed sequels like Core/Eidos pump out each year do little to expand beyond the game's narrow gameplay.
