I suppose that you build levels by using Turbo's TR3dEDITOR,
if you use EIDOS editor, you'd better change your glasses and read the manual again.
Moving blocks are items that you put in the level either with ROY's TRITEM, or with Turbo's scripting tool (available with TR3dEDITOR latest release (1.5)).
