Make shure that you have totally build and not placed to many objects in the editor, then use ctrl+alt and delete together one time you get a window with taak beeindigen select wat is not used for the editor and click taak beeindigen wait for 20 seconds then the programs will close, i hade that problem now its it is fixed by me, hope this solves your problem
