I believe I used fakecd also on TR1. Try Fakecd.exe . /L:D where that 'D' is
the letter of the drive. I copied all the files from the cd's root to my
D drive root , copied all cd'd /DATA files to a directory /DATA on my D drive
and all /FMV files to my D:/FMV folder.
You can try over at www.megagames.com/cracks/gt.htm for more files on
making it run from hard drive.
Also had probs on the editor it made the phd's from the .tre examples but
they crashed. I had to load the .tre, move whatever room is showing up as
blue (current room) on TOP of the rest of the rooms, then make the phd file,
don't know why this is, all other versions had no probs. Maybe a bad dl.
