here´s the list of Tools you´ll need.
1. Turbo´s TREdit for the room creation. (I think you´ll find the actual version on the Vagrant´s page http://home.acadia.net/userpages/vagrant/TReditor.html)
This is the right place for you to start. He has a short tutorial there, also he has listed all other tools available at the moment.
2. RGBold´s TRItem to put functionality in it (http://home.earthlink.net/~asasoft/)
The other tool TRX is for stripping the textures from the level. Will spare some megs for download
I´m right on doing my own page for us 'freeraiders' but had an accident with my mountain bike two days ago (both hands in plaster), so typing is for real masochists only.
