It's in Java, and you'll need a Java runtime to run it. There's one for Win32 somewhere at http://java.sun.com; I've used Java 1.1 instead of Java 2.

I've also cracked the TR4 .dat and much of the script.dat files, though I've yet to create editors for them. However, the language.dat files should be easy to create editors for.
