Tomb Biker..hello amigo...

I promised to do the enemies catalog/list and Dr. Willard (L.P.)

(never make promises!) TB, let's round up warm bodies
and do the "lists" for the most popular levels first.
(It must be hellish to:search all this stuff+code too.)

sent me his stuff some weeks ago but the way I wanted to do that is really hell...... (you'd probably do a "complete" job...)

that's what I was wondering about. How about this idea;
most builders & gamers are interested in "how do I get the
T-Rex into the "Crash level"? that's what they need, the ID
number & something to click on as it's being placed on their
map.

& RG does too, to get more info into TRitem ...

what they DON'T need to know:

how many vertices ?(who cares)
how many 3D faces ("come again?")
if it's "internal" or "externally" lighted. ("stop it!
you're p*ssing me off!" )
! people want to build levels !

the above is all info that(usually only) 3D model
builders might be interested in.
They May find that in Popov's *Most Excellent*
TRviewer program.

So, if evverybody would adopt a level we could share the information.

We could find out "who is going to do That level"..etc. etc..

It would be logical to start first with the "working list"
This would be a list of the level's ------ ID numbers ------
for the most important & used enemy moveables.
To get this info into the TRitem program so that it
could be used(right away)...

Next, if you have more ambition, anyone could also do a
* complete * list of the level's moveable's ID numbers...

I don't feel that's important; it's "wasting time" really.
unless you can hit a keystroke & have it "print it out",

perhaps the * TReditor project * page should have a
List of the levels being looked at.
By who is doing the "looking" (and their email address
for interested people)

the List will grow, the blanks will get filled in.
One man won't have to do all of it.

I'll think about how I'll construct & place this on the
page.
I'll want to make it logical for all people.Perhaps, it would
be good to have the separate level lists downloadable
(as .txt files) from the person who is working
on the level...

When ou're building a big, full level, you'll want to know
everything about it(* gasp! *)you'll even...

want to know what it SMELLS LIKE !

Kevin

"RTV" smells like
TRiumph Motor Cars & salty
seaside breezes....
