Yes, but remember that (like you said) tr5 will probably be the last 'Old-style' Tomb Raider game. And therofor Core hasn't got many reasons to not release thr Room Editor.
And it's also 'official' that tr5 will has a big surprise, and now Albert Kampermann (Dutch editor Croft Times) revelas this secret...
I only hope it will support ALL tr versions, not only tr5...
