TextureAssign can now animate sprite sequences

The TextureAssign program can now show and animate a sprite sequence.
The result are not as smooth as the texture animation as the sprites are not all the same size from one to another in the same sequence so the playing window cannot be resized but it can be used to verify what is animated.

Also a little bug has been fixed: before, when selecting only a few sprites, the Draw button would draw them all. Now only the selected ones are drawn.

However, clicking anywhere in the main texture window will erase all drawn areas. This I cannot take out as it will be used in the editing routines. Sorry.

A surprise: the last sequence lists all symbols and does not start at "A".
