I tried it, and yes, I saw the textures flickering.
After importing the .dfx files with Rview, I saved the level and the whole 'level' is messed up!

I have had more of these problems: After editing the rooms with other texures in Rview, I save the room and the saved .dxf is also messed up (Rhino3d confirms this, and Rview itself shows this also)
Note that I have a voodoo 3 and to correct a problem with apply textures, I must copy 3dfx0gl.dll from my system folder ro Rview folder and rename it to opengl32.dll
I don't know this has something to do with it?
