Im able to import tomb raider 1 and 3 models into Tomb Raider 2

I used the skull key model in Tomb Raider 2 and was cool, and now im adding a new block, now if only i can get mmy mits on the mesh tool, i want to add mesh in my level badly! Anybody knows if there is a mesh adder for Levels?
